Rev. Hood is an Interfaith Ordained Minister and is the Founder of Tidewater Spiritual Congregation in Norfolk, Virginia.
Born in Salem, Massachusetts, she began her training as a child in her Italian-based Family Tradition and has continued her training over 40+ years. She is a psychic, intuitive reader, and empath.
Rhiannon has been doing readings at psychic shows, metaphysical shops, by telephone, internet, and private homes since 1982.
Specializing in tarot, she uses the cards to channel the energies beyond us, and communicates their messages.
She began work in Religious Anti-Discrimination in 1997 and worked with WARD (Witches Against Religious Discrimination) as well as Pagan Rights Alliance, ERAL,
Her first Ordination came in 1999 from the Temple of Everlasting Life on Long Island, New York.
Formerly based out of the Coven at High Reaches in Rochester, New York, she relocated to Virginia in 2003. As an Ordained Interfaith Minister, she registered to perform marriages with the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2004. She has 20+ years of experience in Spiritual Counseling.
She currently not only teaches students in her Elementalist-Based Tradition, but offers community-based Clergy services to several local hospitals and police departments as well as serving as a contact point for the US Navy Chaplain Corps.
She began studies in energy work in 1989 and received her first Reiki Attunements in 1999. She became a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Tradition in 2008. She performs energy healing and chakra work by appointment.
She currently serves as Clergy and advocate full-time while running Tidewater Spiritual Congregation. Over the fourteen years that Tidewater Spiritual Congregation has been active, she has trained and Ordained five other local Ministers who currently assist her with her work.
She dedicates herself to making only the strongest connections with each of her clients to ensure they get the best possible psychic experience. Her readings are accurate and honest.
While continuing her anti-discrimination and advocacy work, she also has the honor of serving mundanely as Archbishop for the Church of Seven Planes.
She and Alexandra are working together to provide House Blessings and Paranormal Cleansings to the local community

The Church of Seven Planes was established in 1978 to provide all who ask the opportunity to become legally ordained ministers/priests without cost and without regard to religious belief and/or practices. Today, decades late, the CSP also offers communication and support from ministers across the globe, ministry supplies and various educational opportunities.
Once ordained you may organize your own church and ministry. And, if you desire, the CSP offers church charters. The CSP has chartered churches and ordained ministers in several countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Wales, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Pakistan, Africa, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. CSP is truly an International Church and has constantly continued to expand into new places with new and unique ministries.
If your Deity or Deities have called you to establish a church, or you as an individual, for whatever reason, would like to be ordained with no further obligation required, then CSP offers you wonderful opportunity to fulfill your calling. There is no CSP agenda, further commitments or hidden costs.
