Who we are
Welcome to Cornerstone Fellowship located in Central PA on the banks of the Susquehanna River across from our State Capitol. We are serving the community and “making Jesus famous” to those we meet. Perhaps that could include you too!
We are a community of believers who belong to the Assemblies of God. We partner with and network with many other local and international ministries. Cornerstone Fellowship is making a local and global impact creating real and lasting changes in peoples lives.
Cornerstone Fellowship grew out of a church plant over 25 years ago and today is a strong vibrant fellowship of Christian believers. We would be honored to assist you in your spiritual journey.

Rich and Judy Cline are lifelong residents of Central PA, married over 30 years, parents of three adult children, and grandparents. Rich has served as pastor of a church plant and emerging church since 1994, member of local church unity efforts, counselor, teacher, and strategist. Judy has served Life Choices Clinic for seven years as Director of Operations, counselor, teacher, and “mom.”
Together, Rich and Judy have traveled as short-term missionaries to five nations. Their depth of experience, compassion, and integrity has lead them to a passionate pursuit of God’s blessing and purposes revealed to all they “parent” in Christ.

Cornerstone Fellowship was “planted” as a regional assignment to meet spiritual needs of the capital region of Central PA and beyond. What was once only a “vision” has now become vibrate Christian ministry center located on the banks of the Susquehanna River across from Harrisburg in Pennsylvania.
We envision a body of believers spiritually awake and restored to New Testament practices, patterns, and power. We endeavor to cooperate with the Holy Spirit and as we pursue the heart of God. We are a part of the worldwide network of churches called the Assemblies of God. We are an emerging church in the Spirit of revival, encouraging and supporting other churches in our region.
