Who we are
At EUMC we emphasize Act Your Faith as a means of showing others the same love that God has shown us. This service can take many forms of Helping Others, including the manner we interact with others on a daily basis, the time we give to neighbors in need, and the financial support to help bring relief.
Do you want to make the world a better place, the place Jesus talks about? Join EUMC in helping to follow Jesus’ admonition to Act Your Faith by Helping Others.

Quote of the Day
Luke 12:24
Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

Leader Bio:
My name is Kelly Addy and I am looking forward to serving as your pastor. I served in Bigfork for six years, from 2015 to 2021, and at Huntley, from 2001 to 2015. So, after a three-year season of retirement, it will be good for me to be getting back into the rhythm, discipline and life as a local church pastor.
I grew up in Shelby, north of Great Falls and near the Canadian border. I graduated from Montana State University in 1971 and from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1974. After four years in the Army, stationed in Alabama, then Korea, I was excited to return to Montana, and to Billings for private law practice, four terms in the Montana House of Representatives, and 13 years as a deputy city attorney doing civil work for the City of Billings from 2001 to 2015.
I was surprised how all of those experiences seemed to have prepared me uniquely for ministry when I began to hear a call in 1999 and then was appointed to serve at Huntly UMC in 2001. I attended Local Pastors Course of Study at Wesley Theological Seminary and received a certificate of completion in 2014. I am the father of two and the grandfather of two more. Amanda, Donnie and Oliver (13) live in Billings and Caleb, Maggie and Lenora (10 months) live in New York City. I also have a very blonde German Shepherd, Zoe, who will be coming to work with me during the week.
I hope we can find time to get to know each other over coffee at the church during the summer and to share our hopes and dreams for the ministry of our church in our neighborhood and beyond.
I am grateful to our District Superintendent, Rev. Karen McRae, and to Bishop Oliveto for this opportunity to serve you and with you. I plan to have worship every Sunday and look forward to our first service together on Sunday, July 7.
