Who we are
Hertford Community Church meets Sunday mornings in Cowbridge Halls (which belongs to the Hertford URC), right in the centre of Hertford. We also meet mid-week in small 'cell' groups in each others homes. Our Sunday morning meetings are very informal, and we have different people speaking every week about different subjects and scriptures from the Bible. We also have different worship leaders every week, with a growing musical worship team. Everyone is welcome at HCC!
We are a community!
Our vision is not just to preach the good news but also to BE good news, especially to the people living on the Pinehurst Estate. We run a pre-school on the estate and have an active children's ministry.
Hertford Community Church was formed in 1997, and we've been meeting in the Cowbridge Halls since 2009. Previously (since 2000) we met in the Pinehurst Community Centre, on the Pinehurst Estate. We are linked to the Pioneer Network, which is a network of churches all over the world. We also have close links with other churches in the surrounding area.

We meet and worship in the Cowbridge Hall in the centre of Hertford at 10.30am on Sunday mornings. Everyone is welcome to join us! All children stay in for part of the service and then we have a Creche for our under 4's, Sunday School groups for those aged approximately 4 to 12 years.
We also meet on Wednesday evenings in Cell Groups at various locations in and around Hertford.
From January 2016 we will be meeting in the Pinehurst Community Centre:

YoungLife
YoungLife meets on a weekly basis on two occasions. First they meet on a Monday for a bible study session which is called Campainers, this starts at 8:00 and finishes at 9:30, thet meet at the YoungLife Office at Cowbridge Hall. Then on Thursday they meet again for a FUN packed Club, at Club teenagers and leaders hang out and socialise, they also play crazy and at times messy games, sing songs and hear a teaching from the bible. This starts a at 8:00 and finishes at 9:30.
