We are a single Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod congregation with two church campuses: Bloomington Lutheran Church in Bloomington, MN and Living Hope Lutheran in Shakopee, MN. A 1980 graduate of Northwestern College in Watertown, WI and a 1984 summa cum laude graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Pastor Scott Spaulding has served as a parish minister ever since. Having served as an Associate Minister for almost 20 years, he currently serves as Senior Minister of Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran Church.
Pastor Spaulding and his wife Lori Ann have four children, Megan, Christopher, Leighton and Hannah. He is enjoying his new role as grandfather to Cooper and Carter.
