Who we are
Nestled in the heart of Hot Springs, Arkansas you will find a small congregation of believers that make you feel at home once you come through the doors. One of the benefits of a smaller church is that everyone knows your name. You will see that at National Park Church. It feels like family because it is! Many of our members are high school-aged and younger. We have a mix of all ages and different backgrounds of worship styles. But one thing we all agree on is that Jesus is Lord. We strive to be a church that keeps our eyes and ears open to God's will and be His disciples in the world.
While our church family strives to follow the example of Christ, we are not perfect and we do not pretend to be. As admitted sinners, we know that it is by grace that we have been saved, through faith - and this is not from anything we do; it is the gift of God.

Leader Bio:
Born in the glorious year of 1983 and a product of the 90's.
I'm a big fan of 90's hip-hop (real hip-hop), country, and alternative rock. One time I single-handedly saved an entire ant colony from destruction by building a mote around them. I'm an avid thrift store shopper and have a mild addiction to sweet tea and coffee. I was at the store the other day and this older lady in front of me couldn't pay for her groceries, so being the nice guy that I am, I helped her put all of her groceries back on the shelves.
I was baptized into Christ when I was 19 years old in the year 2002. After becoming a Christian I transferred to Freed Hardeman University where I met my bombshell of a wife, Amanda Jenkins. Amanda and I moved to Texas after graduating. A couple years later we moved to Norman, OK where we served in college ministry for 13 years.
We have created three amazing (most of the time) kids: Evie, Ever, and Forest. We ran out of 'E' names that we liked.
I've been called a lot of names in my lifetime, but 'Dad' is by far my favorite! Now all these years later, here we are working and living in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me on a mountain bike or hiking with my fam.
