Who we are
Jesus already told us our mission:
Matthew 22:37-40 NLT: “The Great Commandment”
Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
Matthew 28:18-20 NLT: “The Great Commission”
Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Love God - Worship
Love Others - Serve
Make Disciples - Grow
Our mission is about action. Nothing less.
Two combined influences make a greater impact than just two influences.
The Church: Yellow: The Light
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. John 1:9 The Church exists to show the world who Jesus is.
The Family: Red: The Heart
The family exists to love and demonstrate God’s character through an unconditional relationship.
God chooses to use imperfect people to tell His story.
'God is at work telling a story of restoration and redemption through your family. Never buy into the myth that you need to become the "right" kind of parent before God can use you in your children's lives. Instead, learn to cooperate with whatever God desires to do in your heart today so your children will have a front-row seat to the grace and goodness of God.’- Reggie Joiner, Think Orange
Churches need families. Families need churches.
The average church only has 40 hours in a given year to influence a life.
The average parent has 3000 hours per year to influence a life.
One hundred years from now the only thing that will matter is someone’s relationship with God.

Quote of the Day
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
