Who we are
OUR MISSION
WE EXIST TO MAKE DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE WORLD
Love God and one another
God is love. Jesus taught us that we must first love God with all of our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:36-40).We must then extend that love to one another, loving and caring for others just as we love and care for ourselves (1 John 4:7-8). We are known as disciples of Christ by our sincere and visible love for God and one another (John 13:35).
Grow in our faith, love, and community
We are called to have a close personal relationship with God (Colossians 1:9-12). We answer the call by participating personally and in community with others, in spiritual disciplines such as worship, prayer, and Bible study. Through spiritual disciplines, we grow in faith and love and progress along the path of discipleship (2 Peter 3:18).
Share in God’s message of love and forgiveness
Through our words and actions we will share the joy that comes from living a Christ-filled life. We are compelled to share God’s Good News so that everyone will know that they are loved and forgiven (Matthew 28:15-20). We want everyone to have eternal life which comes from the sacrifice of God’s only son (John 3:16).
Serve others to transform the world
We will generously use the gifts that God has given us to serve others (1 Peter 4:11). Through risk-taking service we will help people, both near and far, whether or not they are a part of the community of faith (Matthew 25:40). As God’s servants, we will transform the world one life at a time by sharing our time, talents, gifts, and service with love.

New Haven United Methodist Church New Haven Service Times
EVERY SUNDAY WE HAVE THREE SEPARATE WORSHIP EXPERIENCES
Traditional
8:15am | Chapel
This service is our most traditional worship experience. Music is all from our hymnal and is led from the piano. It’s heavy on liturgy and responsive readings.
Blended
9:30am | Worship Center
This service combines old and new to create a unique, diverse worship experience. You’ll see a choir, hymns, and creeds, as well as a praise team, videos, and more modern music.
Modern
11:11am | Worship Center
This is our most up to date worship experience. Songs are written by and for today’s generation, and led by our band. The music and message is culturally relevant to your life today.
