Our Lady Help of Christians History
Our Lady Help of Christians Parish was formed in Milford, Limerick in 1981 to cater for those living in the area’s fast-growing housing developments. The expanding college campuses of the National Institute of Technology and Thomond College (now the University of Limerick), were also a focus. With this in mind the Salesians built a student hostel which continues to welcome third level students.
