Pidcoke Methodist Church History

The town of Picdoke was established in 1850. The church organizations was started in 1857. The church was originally known as Gaesville Mission Church. The first meeting was was held in a log cabin at Roger's Corn Mill. In 1904 the church purchase the land where it sets today and then built a sanctuary in 1905. 1983 was the centennial year for the church. The church is now 140 years old.
