Who we are
St. Mary's Cathedral Parish is the spiritual home to some 900 families as well as being the Roman Catholic Cathedral for the Archdiocese of Winnipeg. Throughout its long history, the Cathedral Community has welcomed newcomers to Canada and Winnipeg and has sown the seeds of faith in the lives of thousands of Catholic Christians. As we celebrate our faith we are thankful to God for the many blessings the Lord has bestowed on us!
Our Mission Statement
As the Cathedral parish of the Archdiocese of Winnipeg, we welcome and serve all people on their faith journey as we promote and celebrate the Catholic faith in the living Christ. Through excellent liturgy, we are inspired to embrace social justice and diversity, and foster personal growth. In an atmosphere of acceptance, we encourage hopefulness, love and transformation
