St Peter & St Paul Seal Service Times
Sunday
Morning worship
Our morning worship is usually Holy Communion (modern language), except on the third Sunday of the month, when we have an informal,all-age service. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Singing Starters
Come and sing fun songs together. This very informal session is for all children, including babies. We will sing together to learn to use our voices. As well as being great fun, singing helps with all sorts of other skills, including literacy and oracy, so it's a great way to help your child learn.
Every third Sunday at 11:15 AM for ½ hour
"Open Space" Night Prayer
1st Sunday: "Open Space" Night Prayer (Compline) in modern language, with time for reflection together on the readings.
Every first Sunday at 6:30 PM for ½ hour
Said Evensong
2nd, 4th & 5th Sunday: Evensong (traditional language), said, with hymns to a recorded backing.
Every second fourth and fifth Sunday at 6:30 PM for ½ hour
"Breathing Space" Contemplative Communion
3rd Sunday: "Breathing Space" contemplative Communion service, with lots of silence and a short address.
Every third Sunday at 6:30 PM for ½ hour
Wednesday
Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer)
A quiet, said, service of Holy Communion in the Lady (Chapel) in traditional language (Book of Common Prayer)
Occasionally cancelled if the parish priest is on holiday. Please check the parish magazine online or in church if you are making a special journey.
Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for ½ hour
