Who we are
Welcome to Livingston and East Calder Catholic Parishes, a cluster of four Roman Catholic parishes in the West Lothian area, comprising St Andrew's in Craigshill, St Peter's in Deans, St Philip's in Dedridge and St Theresa's in East Calder.
We offer Mass, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and other liturgical celebrations across our four parishes. Our Mass Schedule for this week can be seen below.
A range of groups and activities are offered in our parishes which aim to accompany our parishioners on their journey of life, supporting their spiritual, pastoral and personal needs. This includes preparation for the sacraments of Baptism and Marriage, and for the Christian Initiation of Children and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults for anyone wishing to explore the Catholic faith.
Our parishes support four primary schools - Howden St Andrew's, St John Ogilvie's in Deans, St Ninian's in Dedridge and St Paul's, East Calder, one secondary school - St Margaret's Academy, St John's Hospital and various sheltered housing projects, nursing homes and homes for older people.
