Who we are
Trinity is a family-oriented Episcopal congregation located in the historic district of Lenox, Massachusetts. Gathering for worship, fellowship and service, Trinity's people are warm, welcoming and inclusive.
Trinity's worship is Eucharistically centered, alternating between Rites I and II. Preaching and teaching are high priorities, as is the nurturing of children and youth in the Christian faith through our Godly Play and Journey-to-Adulthood programs. Clergy, lay pastoral visitors and volunteers share in pastoral care.
Trinity's outreach commitments are to the local Berkshire County community and to national human emergencies such as Hurricane Katrina. Trinity also engages with overseas partners to benefit Kenyan street children. Currently, Trinity seeks to provide affordable housing for Lenox residents.
Reflecting the community's commitment to the arts, Trinity hosts musical events throughout the year, and plays its role in theater and arts education.
Three Gilded Age heritage buildings grace Trinity's campus at the corner of Walker and Kemble Streets: the Romanesque Church (1888); the Norman-styled Parish House (1898); and the Rectory (1892). These buildings nurture a strong sense of faithful community, past, present and future.
