Who we are

Opened the doors of Victory Way Outreach Ministries in Minneapolis, Minnesota (at New Covenant C.O.G.I.C., Bishop Fred W. Washington, Pastor) on March 20,2005 and then relocated the ministry to Duluth, Minnesota on May 28, 2005. Since arriving here in Duluth they have set out to, Pursue God's Purpose and Plan", for the ministry, the city and surrounding areas.

That plan being: To help change the mindset of people as what true holiness means and to bring down the walls of religious separation. Pastor Johnson preaches and teaches holiness and sanctification along with interdenominational fellowship in the unity of the Spirit. He says, "As long as you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that you live "holy according to the Word of God, we are all on the same team, for we are grafted into the vine".

Prophetess Johnson is his greatest supporter and he calls her "God's cheerleader". She is a true prophetess of God, a strong prayer warrior and an intercessor. She conducts seminars on the prophetic and spiritual warfare and has been stretched in her role in the ministry to conducting the praise and worship on Sundays. She is a vital part of the ministry.

GOd's purpose and plan for Victory Way Outreach Ministry is also to help usher in the movement of GOd in this area, which is bring His people together as one body to bring down the strongholds of the enemy, such as the spirit of abortion (in terms of possessions, ownership and membership) poverty, fear and encouraged dependency upon local churches and public aide which are prevalent in this area. So to change the mindset of people through the Word of God is to transform and save a life unto Jesus Christ.
